Mobile Home Removal & Demolition in Forney, TX

Carefully planned single-wide and double-wide demolition, complete debris removal, and clear next steps from start to finish.

Complete Mobile Home Demolition & Removal

Kick It coordinates mobile home demolition for single-wide and double-wide structures throughout Forney and surrounding North Texas communities. We build a clear project plan for teardown, loading, haul-off, metal recycling, and site cleanup.

This is a new service for our team, so we do not claim completed mobile home projects or show unrelated before-and-after photos. What we do bring is extensive demolition planning and equipment experience: Paul has more than 23 years as an ironworker and more than 20 years operating heavy machinery, while Jenifer is an electrical engineer and licensed Professional Engineer focused on careful, safety-minded planning.

Mobile homes are one part of the large teardown work we coordinate. Explore our complete demolition and structure removal services for more information about our demolition capabilities.

Planning, Utilities, Permits & Title Paperwork

Before demolition begins, all main utilities must be safely disconnected. You may arrange those disconnections directly, or hire Kick It to coordinate licensed subcontractors for the required electrical, gas, or utility work.

You may obtain the required local permits yourself, or ask Kick It to pull them on your behalf. The property owner remains responsible for title paperwork; we can point you to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the correct process.

  • Utility disconnections confirmed before work
  • Licensed subcontractors coordinated when requested
  • Permit support available
  • Owner handles title paperwork
  • Site access and equipment plan confirmed

Pad Removal and Site Finish Options

After the structure and debris are removed, you can leave the concrete pad or piers in place or request removal as a separately quoted add-on.

We can rough-level the disturbed area using a skid steer or other equipment already on site. Rough leveling is not finished grading, landscaping, or preparation for a new foundation.

  • Leave existing pad or piers
  • Optional pad or pier removal
  • Metal frame separated for recycling
  • Complete demolition debris haul-off
  • Rough leveling when included in the scope

Typical Mobile Home Removal Timeline

Timing varies by permitting, utilities, site access, home size, and weather, but most projects follow these three stages:

  1. STEP 1

    Permits & Planning — 1–2 Weeks

Confirm permits, utility disconnections, title paperwork, site access, equipment needs, and whether the pad or piers will remain.

  2. STEP 2

    Tear-Down — 1–3 Days

Heavy equipment is used to dismantle the single-wide or double-wide safely and separate major materials for loading.

  3. STEP 3

    Haul-Off & Cleanup — 1–2 Days

Debris and the metal frame are removed, recyclable metal is separated, and the site is rough-leveled when included.
