One Person’s Trash Becomes Another Person’s Treasure

This morning I was reading my devotional and this line jumped out at me:

“We love what another person hates and see as a treasure something that another person thinks is trash.”

Hours later, Cameron with Dedicated Mold Service (DMS) reached out needing a couch removed from a client’s home.

The couch was completely safe and free of mold — it simply needed to be removed as part of the remediation process.

Instead of taking it straight to the landfill, we were able to donate it to a preschool teacher who had been needing a couch.

Same couch.
Two different perspectives.
Two different outcomes.

It’s always amazing to me how God weaves little confirmations into ordinary work days.

At Kick It Junk Removal & Hauling, we haul away what you don’t need — but whenever possible, we donate what still has life left in it.

Thank you Cameron and the team at DMS for trusting us with your client.

And to the teacher who received it — I hope it’s filled with little story times and sweet preschool memories.

Give clutter the boot… and sometimes give it a second home.
